During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

1.According to recording documents of the Park Court short plat. The “common area” that you propose to
build your fence is called “Tract 101”. In the short plat restrictions it states “Tracts 100 and 101 shall
remain in a substantially natural stae. No clearing, grading, filling, or construction of any kind shall
occur except for necessary utility installations.” Therefore the current plans can not be approved.
I have copied and included portions of the official recorded documents for the short plat for Park Court
showing this information. If you would like to see the complete document, we have it on file in the
Engineering Department.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
