During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

1. Please provide a detailed plan for removal of the deck either written or reviewed and approved by the
geotech of record. Include construction sequence, route of debris removal, specific instructions from geotech
regarding placing of erosion control measures and any temporary drainage system if needed, other measures to
limit or prevent further erosion of soils on private and City property, and restoration plan details. Methods
employed shall have least impact to City property.
2. Please show erosion control measures on site plan, including details of methods employed that are
consistent with City of Edmonds Standard Details for erosion and sediment control.
3. A right of way permit will be required for construction encroachment on City property.
4. Please provide a detailed plan and timeline for drainage system installation and retaining wall construction.

Drainage will be required to connect to existing City storm system located in 8
of planned submittals of permit application.
5. Special inspection will be required by the geotech of record for all erosion control and drainage.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
