This comment letter is being sent as a follow up to your memorandum dated July 11, 2010, request
for additional driveway curb cut. After further review it has been determined that a request for
additional driveway width for the trash enclosure will not be required due to the trash enclosure and
additional curb cut being located on the adjacent parcel. Due to the curb cut for the trash enclosure
being located in close proximity to the 121 Sunset Ave driveway cut, the City has field directed one
wide curb cut to be installed as shown on the submitted plans.
