During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison.
City of Edmonds handouts and standard details can be referenced on the City website under
Development Services Department, Engineering Division.
1.Please revise and resubmit civil sheet C3.1 or provide an additional civil sheet that
specifically addresses the trash enclosure, driveway curb cut, curb painting, etc. These items
were not required to be addressed during civil review under the main permit as the trash
enclosure became a deferred permit.
2.Please also refer to plan review comments provided by Steve Fisher on 2/20/09.
