1.It appears from your submittal that the sign will project over the right of way. Edmonds Community
Development Code Chapter 18.70 requires a Street Use permit for any temporary or movable object
placed in, over or above any public place, right of way or sidewalk. Please submit a Street Use permit
application for review. The application can be found attached to the Street Use Handout on our website.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
