During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.The proposed sign location appears to be within 10ft of public property. Please indicate on site plan the
distance from the property line to the sign location.
2.Signs within 10ft of right of way must be under 3ft in height from grade to avoid impaired sight for exiting
vehicles.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
