During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1. Please change impervious surface calculations to read “Proposed Addition 98sf (whatever the actual
roofline total square footage will be). You may add a line separately the includes the removed total of
impervious if you like.
2. There is a door shown in the plans for the new sunroom. Please show on site plan any stairs, landing,
sidewalk etc that will be added. Please note: Any impervious surfaces which include gravel and pavers
must be added to the impervious surface calculations and shown on the site plan.
3. How will the new sunroom roof drainage be handled? Will it be tied into the existing system? If so,
note on plans. If not please indicate system to be used with appropriate details.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to your Development Services Coordinator.
