During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1. Please provide the existing and proposed impervious surface calculations on your site plan. Please
refer to handout #B57 for advised form.
2. How will the new covered deck drainage be handled? You will not be able to tie it into the existing
detention system. The existing system was sized for exactly the amount of impervious surface added to
the property when the house was originally built. Please provide a drainage plan for the new 440sf of
impervious surface. Please refer to handout #E27 for drainage requirements.
3. Please provide details on how erosion and sediment control will be handled on the slope.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to your Development Services Coordinator.
