During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1. Please provide a site plan for review. See handout #B57 for site plan requirements.
2. Impervious surface calculations must be on the site plan. See example on Handout #B57. See Handout
#E72 for explanation of what constitutes impervious surface. Be sure to add the date that each portion of
impervious surface was constructed.
3. Be sure to shade or hatch area of proposed roof addition.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
