During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications would need to be addressed. Our handouts can be found online at the City of
Edmonds web site www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government/Development
Services/Engineering Division.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
If you would like the demolition permit issued prior to the single family residence permit,
please provide the following:
1.Please provide a Grading/TESC Plan for the demolition permit
a.Please show the limits of land disturbance.
b.Please provide any grading calculations.
c.Please show all appropriate erosion control measures.
2.Prior to issuance of the demolition permit a $50,000.00 performance bond will be required.
Please note that because this project is in the ESLHA only minimal land disturbance will be approved with the
demolition permit and soils will need to be permanently stabilized prior to final of the demolition permit or a
new single family residence permit be issued. Temporary erosion control measures will need to be in place
throughout the project. Once the Grading/TESC Plan has been received, Engineering will complete the review.
