On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application. During review of the
subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed.
Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review:
Plans
1.: The outline of the house depicted on the site plans does not match the house in the architectural
drawings. There are some projections in the rear of the house shown in the architectural drawings that are not
depicted on the site plans and the stairs on the front of the house are not shown on the site plan either. The
architectural drawings also show two car and three car garage options. Please indicate what option is being
proposed. The average elevation, and thus the allowable height of the house, will change depending on which
option is chosen. Ensure that the site plan accurately reflects what option is chosen from the architectural
drawings and update coverage and height calculations as needed.
Height calculation
2.: When the site plan is revised, please ensure that the height calculation rectangle
encompasses the projections on the second floor of the house.
