All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department / Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts: 1)Show the location of the side sewer from the sewer main to the house as shown in the as-built provided. 2)Please show the edge of pavement. 3)Please revise ‘Undeveloped road right-of-way’ to ‘Landscape area’. 4)It is unclear what ‘sewer cover plate’ means. Please rephrase to say what it is (i.e. sewer manhole, sewer cleanout, etc). 5)There is a line west of the power pole and connects to the gas line that is the same line type as the property line. a.Please clearly state what this line represents. If it is not a property line, please use a different line type. b.If this line is not connected to the gas line, please revise the line type for the gas line so that it is clear that the two lines are not connected. 6)Please clearly show and label the existing and proposed roof outlines. This will allow us to accurately calculate the new impervious surfaces. a.Please clearly differentiate the new impervious from the existing impervious surfaces. If the added impervious surfaces is due to the roof overhang extending beyond the existing you may note that on the plans instead of drawing a difference between existing and proposed (i.e. existing roof overhang was 10’ added 2’ of new roof overhang totaling 12’ of roof overhang). If you choose to note the difference on the plans please show the proposed roof overhang.
