During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1.The proposed fence does create a site distance issue. Please revise plans so that there are no site
distance issues for both the traveled lanes and sidewalks. Below are some options that you may
submit for review and approval:
a.Reduce the height of the fence 10’ within the private property to 3’, or
b.Relocate fence, such that the fence is 10’ away from the property line, or
c.Submit another proposed location
2.It also appears that more of the fence was replaced than what is shown on the site plan. Please
revise the site plan to accurately depict the portions of the fence that is proposed to be replaced.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised Site Plans and associated documents with a written response to
