During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications would need to be addressed. Our handouts can be found online at the City of
Edmonds web site www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government/Development
Services/Engineering Division.
1.Infiltration detail shows a catch basin incorporated in the trench design. Please add a catch basins to
plan with invert and rim elevations.
2.On drainage plan, please add rim and invert elevations to all proposed catch basins. Include invert
entering catch basins and invert exiting the catch basin.
3.Please provide proposed cut and fill grading amounts. If under 50cyds then note as such.
4.Gravel access road shall be paved a minimum 20ft from property line or right of way to garage in
accordance with Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) Chapter 18.80.060.C.1. Add note to
plans or add dimensions to existing asphalt.
5.Add length of all tightlines.
6.Erosion Control: Note all erosion control measures to be used on plans. Include details of each measure
consistent with City of Edmonds Standard Details.
7.Please separate existing impervious by post 1977 and pre 1977 in calculations and indicate the total of
the new and post 1977 surfaces. Use handout E72 worksheet as a guide.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
