During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed. Handouts may be accessed at the City of Edmonds website
ci.edmonds.wa.us under Quick Links, Engineering Information.
1. Please review the Traffic Impact Analysis Handout #E82. Submit the worksheet completing question #1.
Project Description and #7 Mitigation Recommendations.
2. A Right of Way permit is required for any use or closure of sidewalks and/or parking spaces for construction
work performed over or in the right of way, to park a dumpster or construction vehicles for example. Please
complete and submit a right of way permit application (attached) . Include in description the number of days
for closure of sidewalk or parking space(s) needed. Submission shall include a site plan and a traffic control
plan. See Traffic Control Handout #E81 for information.
3. Will all construction materials and/or stockpile be kept onsite?
