Therefore, the request to defer the submittal of the analysis and payment of fees with subsequent tenant improvements is denied. Land use code 814-specialty retail may be applicable to this development. A copy of this description from the ITE manual has been included with these comments for reference. 11/24/10 comment - A traffic impact analysis was submitted for the subject development, however it is not consistent with the current impact fee rates.
