During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1. The gray type on the traffic control plan is unreadable, please resubmit a better copy or redline the copy
submitted.
2. Note on the traffic control plan “Signs notifying the public of the parking restriction will be placed 72
hours in advance of restriction”.
3. The owner of the property must complete the Street Use permit application and provide a certificate of
insurance. See attached Street Use Handout E#75.
