During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed. Handouts and Standard details can be found on the City of
Edmonds website 'a ' wa ',ei 'edni ' onds.wa ' ias under City Governinent/City Departments/Public
Works/Engineering Division.
1. The nearest City of Edmonds approved ITE rate (ECDC Chapter 18.82.120) to the proposed use would be
restaurant, 932. Please revise the: Traffic hripact Worksheet Questions #1 and #7 using the rccoinniended use
fee or you may submit an independent fee calculation in accordance with ECDC 18. 82.130 if you feel the use of
restaurant is not appropriate for the proposed use. Please note that review of an independent fee report would be
$200.
2. Will there be any staging of materials, construction vehicles, or a dumpster in the right of way? If so,
disruption fees may apply. If you will be using or blocking any portion of the right of way, parl<.ing stalls, street,
alley, sidewalk for example, you will need to apply for a right of way permit (attached). Please include a traffic
control plan and disruption fees if applicable.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator'. Please
