2)Please show the year of construction on the Site Plan as shown in the Sample Site Plan provided.
3)The plans state the the driveway is gravel; however, duringa site visit the driveway appears to be
asphalt from the edge of right-of-way to the garage.
a.Please revise the plans to accurately depict what is on site.
4)Theplansindicate that the driveway does not extend to the edge of the garage; however, during
the site visit the asphalt appears to be from the edge of the house to the property line.

b.Please clearly label the year the additional driveway was paved.
c.Please revise the impervious surface calculations as needed.

7)Please show the fence on the site plan.
