During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Per City of Edmonds Development Information hand out #B72, Sign Permit Submittal Requirements,
under Street Use/Encroachment it is stated that Signs or similar projections such as awnings, canopies,
marquees, or other architectural features that project in, on, over or under any public place (such as a
street, alley, sidewalk) are required to obtain a Street Use Permit in addition to a sign permit. Attached
is a copy of the Street Use Permit Handout E26. Please complete and return to satisfy the Engineering
requirements for this sign.
