On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application.
During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can
complete my review:
Datum Point
1.: The datum point for the height calculations is noted as the edge of the
pavement at the property line. This is not an easily identifiable location for the height check
inspection conducted by the Building Division and/or a surveyor. The datum point must be a
permanent point of reference such as the top of a manhole cover, fire hydrant, or street
monument. Please revise the height calculation sheet to include a datum point that can be
easily identified at the subject site.
