RE: Planning Division comments for file BLD20110482 – Crossfit Sign
Greetings,
Thank you for submitting a building permit application for a new wall sign at 9920 Edmonds Way in the BN zone. I
have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following
information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the Planning Division review can
continue.
1.Sign Area: Please provide sign dimensions on your plans (you may come in and redline your existing plans).
Currently, it simply reads “Total: 36 square feet” however we also need dimensions of the letters (height and
length ). If you were to enclose a rectangle around the total signage, for example, what would be the height
and length of the rectangle? It appears as though you have up to 40 square feet of sign area to work with, so
as soon as you add these dimensions on your plans I’d be happy to sign off for the Planning Division.
