On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application.
During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can
complete my review:
Height Calculations and Elevation Views
1.: No height calculations or elevation views of the
proposed shelter were provided with the application materials. The proposed pump station
shelter is considered and accessory structure which is limited to a maximum height of 15 feet
in the RM-2.4 zone pursuant to ECDC 16.30.030.Please provide height calculations for the
proposed shelter and elevation views of the shelter. Refer to hand #B41 for details on height
calculations.
