clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / City
Departments / Public Works/ Engineering Division:
1. Will the deck and stairs be impervious? If it is wood slatted, does it have a concrete slab or gravel under it?
2. Was the existing deck and stairs impervious? Concrete slab or gravel under it?
3. Is the new deck the same square footage of the old deck?
4. Is the concrete landing noted on the plans existing or proposed? Please label.
5. Please dimension stairs and concrete pad.
