Bld20110621: Columbia Bank, 9601 Edmonds Way This email is in response to the issues raised at the October 14, 2011 meeting at City Fall. Below i have listed each concern followed with the City's response. I. Street Tree species: The Acer Rubrum Bowhall Maple is the required tree. 2. OVWSD water main/street trees: The City will require the 4' landscape strip with street trees and a 5' sidewalk as described in the 919/11 plan review comments. OVWSD has been apprised of City's requirement. 3. Sidewalk/east driveway approach: At the east end of the property a ramp is required to transition the adjacent property's driveway. The remaining portion of the driveway cut will not need to be replaced. 4. Two -foot sawcut: A 2 ft asphalt sawcut is required along the new driveway entrance and all areas where curb will be replaced. 5. Curb replacement: The curb along the property frontage was reinspected and it was found that 163 If of curbing will be required to be removed and replaced. This amount includes the curbing that will be removed to install the driveway cuts. The Engineering inspector will mark the areas to be removed and replaced at the Pre -Construction meeting. 6. Storm system layout/Water quay: Jerry Shuster will review the system when civils are resubmitted. Please include an explanation of why the stormwater review comments will not be addressed. 7. Bypass/Lane widths: A bypass lane is required. Lanes that have a width of 10 ft are acceptable. I am waiting to hear from the Eire Marshal regarding whether there is a uncovered lane width requirement. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
