During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us by clicking City Government / City
Department / Public Works / Engineering Division:
1. Please provide information regarding where you will stockpile materials if not within the
building.
2. It would be preferred that a dumpster and supply delivery be done from the alley rather

than across the sidewalk on 5 Ave N. I believe previous owners have been able to make
that work. Please provide a site plan showing the proposed location of the dumpster.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
