On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application. During
review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications
need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review:
Insufficient materials
1.: There is not enough information provided to review your application for a
retaining wall and fence. Please see the attached handout #B62 – Retaining Wall Permit Submittal
Requirements – for application requirements.
When preparing the retaining section and elevation views, please show the original grade as height
for setback purposes is determined from original grade.
Planning, Building, and Engineering will begin review of the retaining wall and fence once a complete
application has been made. Please submit a complete application for the retaining wall and fence by
March 14, 2012.
