5/1/12 Comment: Please show the proposed water main (as will be constructed with the City Capital
Project) along the entire frontage of the subject property.
3)7/1/12 – Comment was addressed; however, the following corrections need to be made.
a.Show the distance from the the centerport of the fire hydrant to back of curb to verify that
proper clearance can be made.
b.Please show the proposed fire hydrant to be relocated directly east of the existing fire
hydrant.
c.Please show and revise note that there is a 3’ clearance from face of port and back of fire
hydrant (scale does not match note).

match the location of the drainage point of the footings. Please verify that the footing drains will
drain properly.

the pipe for the overflow from the infiltrations sytems.

fire hydrant will be located (3’ clearance required around fire hydrant).
