1)Please show on the site plan what erosion control measures will be taken.
2)Please showtopographic lines.
3)Please add a note that all disturbed soils will be compost amended (see attached handout E72C).
4)Please show the location of the sewer from the main to the house (see attached as-built).
5)Please show the water service line from the meter to the house.
6)Please add the impervious surface chart(provided in the E72 Handout),asshown below, to the Site
Plan.

Engineering Plan Review Comments
1)Please show the roof lines on the plans.
2)Please show the year of construction on the Site Plan for all impervious surfaces.
3)It appears that there is a structure on the south portion of the property, please show the structure on the
Site Plan.
4)Please show all impervious surfaces on the plans (walkways, concrete, asphalt, gravel, etc).
5)Per the plans it appears that the proposed deck will be impervious. Once the deck is removed and
replaced, it is considered new impervious. Please note what type of material is currently under the
existing deck and what is proposed to be placed under the decks.
6)If the deck and any structures constructed after 1977 totals 2000 sqft or greater of impervious surfaces
thesurface water runoff will need to be collected and directed to an approved stormwater management
system. Please see handouts E72 (all4 handouts) for requirements and revise plans accordingly.
7)Please show all rockeries, fences, and retaining walls on the plans.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
