Old Mill Town
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application. During review of the
subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed.
Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review:
Old Mill Town Sign
1.: The plans submitted for the Old Mill Town exterior improvements show a new sign
above the entry on the second floor; “201 Old Mill Town”. This sign would require a sign permit and the sign
area of this sign would come out of the total allowable sign area for the Old Mill Town site. Sign area for the
site is fairly limited and this would take away from the sign area allowed to the tenants. Is the “201 Old Mill
Town” shown on the plans an actual proposed sign, or is this just a holding place for a future tenant sign?
Please clarify so I may continue my review.
