Thank you for submitting a building permit application for at

in thezone. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it
was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before
the Planning Division review can continue.
1.Site Plan:
Please indicate the length of the tenant space on the plans.Sign area is calculated based
on the lineal frontage of tenant space containing the primary public entrance.The total sign area (50-
some feet, per my estimate) can be divided between the two proposed wall signs.
2.Sign:
a.Area:
Please include the sign area for the top of the “d” in the copy edmonds.
b.Design:
Page two appears to show a black rectangle behind the lettering on the photo rendering.
Was this a printing ink error or will there be a rectangle behind all of the signage proposed?
Also, the signs appear to be different between the north and west elevations (the medium gray

aluminum arch is different sizes) –was this intentional? And because the 5
has a smaller medium gray aluminum arch, there appears to be a pink half-circle above the “E”in
CENTER –was this part of the logo, ora printing ink error? Please clarify.
