Edmonds Fire Services cannot review the following plans without proper appliance listing or
evaluation.
1.See Building requirements for and restrictions from the proper testing and evaluation of burner
appliance.

2.Open flames shall not be used in Group A (Assembly) occupancies (), except “Gas
lights are allowed to be used provided adequate precautions satisfactory to the fire code official
are taken to prevent ignition of combustible materials. Show how this installation will prevent
the ignition of combustible materials, such as clothing, napkins, etc., as well as protection from
burns to clientele.
