Please showthe appropriate material as stated by the King County Manual if you are to use the anchor detail they provide. (Table 4.2.1.A). b.Please note your engineer could potentially recommend another anchoring system that will allow for use of HDPE. c.Please note that the King County Manual also states above ground installation is recommended on slopes greater than 40%. The proposed storm line has a slope of 40%, please have your licensed GeotechnicalEngineer address whether the pipe should be above ground. d.Please provide approval of the pipe material, pipe anchors, and proposed installation (above ground or below) from the licensed GeotechnicalEngineer and BNSF. 4/24/13 Comment: Please note that if the storm line is 20% or greater the line will need to be anchored. Please show the locations where the storm line will be anchored. 10)OK 11)7/11/13 –Comment was addressed; however, no structures can be located within the easement or no private utility systems may run parallel within the City Sewer Easement. Please relocate the storm line and structure such thatit is located outside ofthe easement.
