All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov : Please Note: Building Handouts do not include updated Engineering Division Requirements. Refer to Engineering Handouts for all Engineering Requirements. Site Plan: 1. Please note the location of the nearest fire hydrant on plan and note the distance between the property line and the hydrant. 2. Please note that residential driveway widths are limited to a min of 12. Revise width of east driveway. Storm/Utility 1. Are footing drains required for this project? If so, please show where they will discharge. Footing drains can not be connected to the detention system. 2. Infiltration trench is shown with a 5 ft width. If using simplified sizing tools found in Handout E72b, trench width must be limited to 2 ft. Please revise or provide engineering report showing sizing etc. 3. Catch basin 1 separator detail shows the outfall pipe “to infiltration trench”. Catch basin 2 connects to the infiltration trench. Please revise on detail of cb and detail of trench.
