All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.govunder City Government / Development Services Department / Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts: 1)Show the appropriate temporary erosion control measures to beinstalled and note the appropriate City of Edmonds Standards details. 2)Please show the year of construction for all impervious surfaces on the Site Plan (i.e. driveway, gravel access road, walkways, etc.). 3)Please label the year of construction for the garage/deck. 4)Please label the material west of the driveway (where the stairs are located). If this area is impervious please revise the impervious surface calculations accordingly. 5)Per the architecturals(A4), the downspouts drain to an existing drainagesystem. Please show the drainage system on the plans. 6)Please note if the proposed decks are impervious or pervious. a.If the decksare to be pervious please state what material will be below the decks (i.e.grass, dirt, concrete, etc.). b.If the decks are to be impervious, please revise the impervious surface calculations accordingly. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised SitePlansand associated documents with a written response to each item to the Permit Coordinator.
