Marc,
In just taking a quick look at your submittal I noticed that the storm report is "preliminary' and that there is no proposed
sizing for the detention system. Also there is no detention detail on the plans as referenced on sheet C2. Also in order
to perform a comprehensive review, the drainage plan must show all the locations of the catch basins with rim and
invert elevations, connecting pipe with length, size and material, footing drains if needed and where they connect
etc. Also the water line from the meter to the house is not shown. This email is not a review of your plans. It is a
request for more information that is necessary before the engineering division can continue it's review.
