An easement allowing the proposed storm pipe to cross the property of Lynnwood must be provided for the City to approve this application. The easement recording number and type of easement shall be called out on the plans. Water/Side Sewer crossing note needs to also say the sewer must be installed below the water line. 11. Call outs for proposed water line and proposed storm tightline need leaders to those lines. 12. Existing catch basin in right of way must have erosion sediment protection. Please call out on plans. 13. A wheel wash system is usually used at larger commercial sites. Storm pipe between trench drain is connected to driveway stormline after the new driveway catch basin. This line should connect at the catch basin. Please revise plans. 15. Please submit a revised Site Classification worksheet consistent with changes that have been made in the project design. 16. Under “Minimum Requirement #7” please re-phrase to note that the impervious roof area refers only to the new garage. Also note that the new driveway will also be routed to the system.
