During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Permit Assistance:
Site Plan/Civils:
1. The water line is shown on the site plan in a different location than on the Civils. Either
location is fine providing there is a 10ft separation from the location of the sewer line. Please
update the site plan or the civils so the location is the same on all plans.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
