Folks:
I wanted to share the existing condition where new detached garage will go. This is the NW corner of
property from alley facing north.
Mr Murphy is apparently living in here (per Randy Munson) until the main home addition is complete.
The intent is to demolish this structure and build garage.
Elevations of new garage give me faith that new garage will not be used again as apartment.
Just the same, can we put statements on building plans as to the allowable uses for the new garage?

Sno Assessor shows no address 119 3 N you see posted at entry, however, city approved permit under
this address in 2004 for office use.
No current business license found for this address.
