During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

1)Per geotechnical report from Dennis Bruce P.E. received on Oct. 31 2013, the drainage on thesite needs
to be managed such that the water is directed away from the structures.
a.Please submit a site plan showing the proposedstormwater drainage plan as directed by the
Geotechnical Engineer (i.e. dry well, rain garden, detention system orinfiltration system,etc.).
b.Please provide aletter of approvalfor the proposed stormwater drainage planfrom the
Geotechnical Engineer.
c.If the intention is to direct any stormwater to the streamyou will be required to meet the city
stormwater regulationsas well asall other applicablestate&federalregulations.
2) Please provide erosion control measures on the site planin preparationofstorm water mitigation.
3)Please add a note that all disturbed soils will be compost amended.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
