clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

1)Please show the10’City Sewer easementlocated at the northwest corner of the subject property
(Easement #2114697-attached).
2)Please show the location of the sewer from the main to the house (see attached as-built).
3)Please show the water service line fromthe meter to the house.
4)Please show/note any appropriate temporary erosion control(TESC)measureson the plot plan.
a.If a construction entranceis needed, please show the locationandadd a note that the
construction entrancewill be installed per Edmonds Standard detail E1.2.
b.If a silt fence is needed, please show the location and add a note that the silt fence will be
installed per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.1.
c.Pleaseadd a note that the filter socks will be added as needed per Edmonds Standard Detail
E1.3.
d.If any additional TESC is required by the Geotechnical Engineer, please show/note as such on
the plans.
5)Please add a note that all disturbed soils will be compost amended (see attached handout E72C).
