During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.
City of Edmonds handouts,standard detailsand development codecan be referenced on the City
website.
1.Edmonds Community Development Code 18.70.000.B establishes the requirement for a Street
Use Permit to place an object such as a sign within the City right-of-way (over or under any
public place, right-of-way, roadway, parkingstrip and/or sidewalk, includingthe air space
above them).Please also refer to the followingCity handouts for additional information: B72-
SignPermit Submittal RequirementsandE75-Street Use Permit Requirements.Please submit a
street usepermitapplicationas well asa copy of theinsurance certificatewith coverage
amounts and additional insured statements consistentwith what is shown in the handout.
2.Please provide an elevation plan that shows the City sidewalk, property line, building and sign
locations.
