12/26/13 Comment: Per the approved civils and topography it appears that the sewer will need to be
pumped to the manhole as shown on the civils.
a.Please show the pumpon the plans and refer to City Standard E6.9.
b.Please refer to the handout #E62 for engineeringrequirementsfor sewer pumps. Please note that
the City does allow E-One pumps. If the E-One pump is used a pre-design report is not required.

2)2/25/14 –Comment was partially addressed.Per the directional flow arrowson theplans
provided, it appears that a portion of the drivewaywillrunoffinto the landscape area. The entire
surface water runoff from the drivewaymust be collected and discharged to the onsite stormwater
management system(i.e. sloping the driveway, installing curb, etc.). Please revise the plans
accordingly. ---Please note you can redline this change to the plans.
12/26/13 Comment: Please bold the driveway, directional flow arrows, and the CB to be installed in the
driveway since they will be installed during the construction of the single family.
