During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.gov/under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please provide the date of construction forall impervious surfaces on the Site Plan.
2)Please fill out the Site Classification Worksheet within the Stormwater Management handout E72
(attached) and submit with revised site plan.
3)With the use of Google maps, it appears there isa few discrepancies from what you show as existing
walkwayanddriveway versuswhat can be viewed. Itappears that there is a patio near the front entrance
unaccounted for on the site plan.Google street maps showsawheel pathofsoil off of Talbot Rd. leading
tothe residence, this conflicts withthesubmitted asphalt driveway on site plan.Please label and show
all impervious surfaces (walkways, driveways,patios, steps, etc.) on the plans and square footage as well
as provide the date of construction. Please revise the impervious surface calculations accordingly.
4)Please note that if new impervious surfaces constructed since 1977 exceed 2000sqft, a stormwater
management system will be required. Please show the stormwater system if required. See handout E72.
5)Please show side sewerline.Attached is aside sewer as-builtfor youruse.
