A bond is required to be placed for all right-of-way improvements. The amount of the bond will be based on 120% of the City approved estimate for all right-of-way improvements. The City will inform you of the appropriate bond amount after review of the cost estimate. Please provide one sheet for each traffic control plan. 11x17 is acceptableor you can incorporate into the civil plans.Please also update plans to include “End Road Work” signage. 2/3/2014 comment -Please submit a traffic control and haul route plan for review and approval. ok 4. As 9. sidewalk does not currently exist through the entire frontage, please clarify this note to specifically require replacement of curb and gutter with construction of new/replacement of existing sidewalk along the entire property frontage. 2/5/2014 comment -Please state the requirement for replacement of curb and gutter and installation of a 7-foot wide sidewalk consistent with City of Edmonds standard details provided on sheet C4.2. 4/3/2014 –Truncated domes are not required at curb ramps. Please remove. 10. 4/3/2014 –Please add note that 3-hr parking signs will need to beprotected during 11. construction. Sign posts shall be replaced with unistrut posts and sleeves per City standard detail E8.4. 4/3/2014 –Indicate curb sections to be painted yellow for no parking. At driveway 12. approaches, curb shall be yellow for a minimum 5-10 feet to either side of the driveway Page 2of 3 approach.Curb section in front of fire hydrant and between the two southern driveway approaches shall be painted yellow.
