During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please label the property line. Attached is a handout (B59 Property Line Location Information) which will
help you properly locate your property line.
2)Please show a cross section of the fence/trellis and any proposed overhang, include the property line in
the cross section.
a) The trellis shall not hang over the right of way.
3)It appears that there might be an obstructed view of pedestrians.
a) Please show that the fence will not obstruct the view of pedestrians when leaving the driveway. You
may need to construct the fence smiliar to the south neighboring fence.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans and associated documents with a written response to each
