During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator.
City of Edmonds handouts and standard details can be referenced on the City website under Permit
Assistance.
1)Please provide the impervious surface calculations as shown on the plans in the table format
provided below. Pleasenote,it does not look as though the concrete slab (patio) was part of the
original approved plans for the single family residence and if the surface water runoff was not
collected from this areaand discharged to the detention system then a credit would not be given
for this area.

2)Show location of existing utilities on the site, including water, sewer and storm. I have included
with these plan comments a sewer asbuilt as well as information on the stormwatermanagement
system.
3)Please show a point in the sanitary sewer system that would allow for draining the hot tub. The
connection cannot be direct, but needs to be close enoughto pump water from the hot tub to the
sewer system.
4)Please indicate whether the hot tub will have an autofill system or it the tub will be filled from a
nearby spigot. If filling from a spigot, please call out the need for an AVB on the spigot.
5)Please call out temporary and permanent erosion control measures on the plans.
