During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.govunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please provide a Site Plan that clearly shows thefollowing items:
Roof lines of all structures
a.
All Impervious areas (i.e. patios, walkways, gravel areas, etc.)
b.
The year of constructionfor all impervious areas
c.
Driveway
d.
Existing rockeries, retaining walls, fences
e.
Proposed retaining walls
f.
2)Please show where the drainage for the walls will discharge to. The discharge location must be
approved bythe Geotechnical Engineer.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
