2)May 7, 2014 –The added asphalt to the north of the permitted driveway (permit BLD20010680)
and extending into the right of way was notaccounted for. Please provide date constructed and
square footage. Impervious surfacesproposed or constructed within the right of way must be
accounted for in stormwater mitigation. Please revise impervious surface areas.
March 31, 2014 -When reviewing previously submitted site plans for theadditionsthat were proposed
at the time,I notice some discrepancies in impervious surfaces. As well as with the use of satellite image
I can see that there areimpervious surfaces in the backyard not accounted for. Please label and show all
impervious surfaces on the plans for the front entry addition, front walkway, back patio, gravel areas,
gravel along the street, widenedasphalt driveway (please distinguish between concrete and asphalt for
the driveway on the plans)as well as any otherimpervious surfaces and sqft. as well as provide the date
of construction. Impervious surfaces are any hard surface that prevents or retards the entry of water into
the ground as it would occur in natural conditions. Please revise the impervious surface calculations on
the site plan accordingly.

4)May 7, 2014 According to the latest submittal(resub 4/25/14), there is an additional 1147 sqft of

impervious surfacesthat does not flow to the existing detention system.This additional impervious
surface area along with the impervious surface areafrom the asphalt drivewayneeds to be
mitigated. Please submit plans showing a proposed stormwater systemor reduce impervious
surface areas to bring site into compliance. See handoutsE-72, E-72A and E-72B availablein the
City website.

March 26, 2014Please note thatall new impervious surfacesaddedsince 1977, exceeding2000sqft,
will require astorm watermanagement system.City records indicate a detention system was installed in
2001 for the mitigation of 3062 sqft of storm water from the garage, breezeway, covered storage,
driveway and mud room. If additional mitigation is neededplease show the storm water system.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.Please
