We talked yesterday in reference to the Bond release for the Demo permit at 314/316 5 Ave S. In obtaining my
clearance to release the bond I was notified that there are some outstanding Engineering inspections that were never
completed. I cannot release the bond until this matter is resolved. I have Cc’d Chris Riviera from our Engineering
department. He will be your contact for any questions you may have.
